US and Canadian Orders

Online orders are ONLY processed for shipments within the US and Canada.
All major credit cards are accepted. Advance payment is required.
Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

International Orders

International orders MUST be processed by telephone. Please contact House Parts LLC at (843) 626-3404 to place an international order. The accepted methods of payment will be confirmed by the customer representative.

Shipping Methods

Within the U.S and Canada, shipments are made by United Parcel Service or USPS. Requests for any other method of shipment must be specified.

Products have varying Estimated Time of Delivery please call for a more specific timeline if needed.

To ensure discreet shipping and privacy, all packages shipped from House Parts LLC will be labeled and will not mention the contents anywhere on the outside of the shipping package. By placing an order with our company, can be assured your information is safe.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The transaction will appear as House Parts on your credit card statement. We also accept Cashier's Check, Money Order and Personal Check. Cashier's Check or Money Order will be processed immediately, but a personal check will be held for a minimum of 7 business days for the check to clear. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks. For international customers, money orders and cashier's check must be made in U.S dollars. We do not accept personal checks from outside of the United States. Please do not send cash.

To place a mail order, simply complete the Order Form and send it with your payment. Please note forms of payment we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders only. Cashier's Checks or Money Orders will be processed immediately, but a personal check will be held for a minimum of 7 business days for the check to clear.
